Cooperative societies have been a good way of acquiring cheaper houses/apartments for a long period of time. In today’s day and age it is becoming more difficult to get the societies registered and obtaining the land for the same.
There are quite a few multinational companies which employ more than 200/300 people, who would be looking to invest in real estate market. These could be first timers, the end users or those investing for sole purpose of making profits. Once we get a certain number of people together who are willing to invest in the same project then it gives us the strength to negotiate with the builders to offer discounts and make bargain rates available at levels where the product becomes more affordable for the end users and brings in more profits for the investors. Our role is to identify good builders, their projects and bring them closer to the actual buyers and negotiate best rates for our clients.
