This product is for making quick gains in the real estate market, the time frame we are looking at being maximum of one year. We advise our customers to invest in real estate which we think is going to go up for sure in the near future and sell the same in full or parts to other investors and end users.
Mostly this format is good for bigger investors, where in we encourage them to pick up the large chunks of the specific project promoted by reputed builder. This can be either commercial, residential or both. The modalities are that once the project is sold by the builder in the market at a higher price then the entry level price of our investors, we begin to sell our part of the invested property at slightly lower prices than the current prices of the builder. Depending upon the market forces and prediction thereof at times we may suggest our investors to hold the stock till the project is sold out.

In this format, we suggest our investors _ what to buy?  When to buy?  And most importantly When to sell? All in order maximise profits.

Individual investors can also join the format but with substantial investment, the minimum exposure being minimum of 70 lacs and above.
